We founded Dipped Delights ATL with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us to learn more.

Please make sure you have read and understood our policies before placing an order with us.

1) We are not responsible for the order after it has been delivered or handed to the customer. We do our best to deliver with care. 

​

2) ALL orders from our online menu will need to be paid in full at checkout. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

 

3) All event orders will need a non-refundable deposit/retainer. Orders under $150 will need to be paid in full. Those will not require a deposit/retainer.

4) Orders over $150 will require a 50% non-refundable deposit/retainer. Remaining amount due will be paid BEFORE orders pick up date or it can be paid in cash

during pick up or delivery. 

​

5) Once we have completed your order and have paid your deposit you CAN NOT make any changes to your order. But please contact us. Here at Dipped Delights we like to accommodate to you.
